Appointments

Appointments are subject to Miriam Medrano's availability, Florida notary requirements, signer readiness, valid identification, and document eligibility.

Florida notary fees are charged at $10 per eligible notarial act. Mobile travel charges are separate from the notarial fee and are disclosed before payment.

What a notary does

A notary does not provide legal advice, draft documents, choose the notarial certificate for you, or guarantee acceptance by a receiving agency. Contact the document issuer, attorney, lender, or agency if you need legal or document-specific guidance.

Mobile service

Mobile priority service is limited to locations within 10 miles of Naples, FL 34104 between 9am and 5pm Monday through Saturday and is subject to availability. If an appointment cannot be completed because the signer is absent, lacks valid ID, is unwilling, or the document is not eligible for notarization, payment may not be refundable.

Appointment alerts
